Increase Brand Visibility: Ensure Galaxy Exchange’s presence is felt across social media by actively participating in campaigns and promoting content.
Amplify Announcements: Make sure key updates, events, and product launches reach a broader audience by boosting engagement on posts.
Drive Traffic to Galaxy Exchange: Convert social media engagement into actual visits and activity on the Galaxy Exchange platform.
Build a Community of Enthusiasts: Create a team of dedicated, like-minded individuals who are passionate about Galaxy Exchange and willing to champion the brand.

🎯 Structure and Roles within Galaxy Troops:

Galaxy Troops will be organized into different tiers, each with its own responsibilities and progression paths. This tiered approach ensures that all members are acknowledged for their contributions and can see a clear path for growth and recognition.

1. Galaxy Cadet (Entry Level)

Role: New recruits to the Galaxy Troops program. They engage with basic tasks like liking, retweeting, commenting, and sharing Galaxy Exchange’s posts.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with Galaxy Exchange’s social media posts (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Share key announcements within their networks.
- Participate in weekly social media missions organized by the Galaxy Troops leaders.
Progression: After one month of consistent participation, Galaxy Cadets can get the Galaxy Trooper Role and advance to the next tier.

2. Galaxy Trooper (Core Member)

Role: Regular, active participants who not only engage with content but also create buzz by starting conversations and trending hashtags.
Responsibilities:
- Engage actively across Galaxy Exchange’s social media platforms.
- Participate in scheduled social media campaigns, such as Twitter storms, meme competitions, or retweet challenges.
- Help in making key announcements trends by amplifying hashtags.
- Recruit new members to join Galaxy Exchange by sharing referral links and incentives.
Progression: After three months of active and consistent participation, Troopers can get the Sergeant Role and be eligible to join the leadership ranks (Captains and above).

3. Galaxy Sergeant (Social Media Leaders)

Role: More experienced members who lead small groups of Galaxy Troops, coordinating campaigns and guiding new recruits.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead campaigns, planning and coordinating with Troopers to execute viral campaigns effectively.
- Provide feedback to the Galaxy Exchange team on what kind of content the community engages with the most.
- Mentor new recruits, guiding them on how to effectively participate and contribute to the group.
Progression: After six months as a Sergeant, members can become Captains, getting more responsibilities and recognition.

4. Galaxy Captain (Elite Coordinator)

Role: Captains are responsible for coordinating large-scale engagement activities, like new product launch blitzes and regional engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Host social media training sessions to help members understand how to maximize engagement.
- Work closely with Galaxy Exchange’s marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall branding and communication strategies.
- Manage event-specific missions, such as live-tweeting during AMAs or trending hashtags during product releases.
Progression: Exceptional Captains who have shown outstanding leadership and coordination skills over 12 months can be promoted to Galaxy Commanders.

5. Galaxy Commander (Top Tier Advocate)

Role: The most dedicated and influential members of Galaxy Troops, Galaxy Commanders help shape the direction of Galaxy Exchange’s social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and lead major social media campaigns with the marketing team.
- Plan and host weekly or monthly meetings with the Troops to discuss strategies, review past campaigns, and set future goals.
- Organize cross-community engagement, coordinating with other crypto projects, influencers, or communities for joint events or campaigns.
Recognition: Commanders receive exclusive benefits, including direct communication channels with Galaxy Exchange executives, early access to product features, and VIP status at community events.
